Online payment terms

Online payment on Wheel World Consulting is made by CIB or Edahabia card, on a secure, licensed interbank payment platform.

Your card details (number, expiry date, CVV2, confirmation code) are entered only on the secure bank payment page, over an encrypted connection. Wheel World never sees or stores them.

Before paying you must enter a security code and accept these terms. The amount shown is the final amount to pay, in Algerian dinars (DA), all taxes included.

Your card is debited as soon as your bank approves the payment. If the bank declines the transaction, nothing is debited and the reason is shown to you.

After an accepted payment you are shown a receipt with the transaction ID, order number, authorisation code, date, amount and payment method. You can print it, download it as a PDF or send it by email.

Terms of sale

Wheel World Consulting provides professional online consultation services delivered through our network of certified expert consultants, and offers subscriptions unlocking advanced features. A consultation’s price is clearly displayed before booking; a subscription’s price is shown on the plans page.

A consultation is confirmed upon payment approval. Wheel World connects clients and experts; it is not the seller of the session.

Payment in dinars (CIB / Edahabia): the amount is paid straight to the expert’s own account; Wheel World neither receives nor holds it. Payment in euros or dollars (international card, commission per consultation): Wheel World collects the amount and the expert receives 70% after the session, Wheel World keeping 30%. For dinar payments, Wheel World bills the expert each month 30% of the price of each consultation held.

The expert's counter goes up by 1 for each successfully completed consultation. The month's commission (number of consultations × 30% of the price of one consultation) is due no later than 10 days after the month ends; a reminder is sent every day and, if it is not paid, the expert account is suspended until payment. A month without consultations costs nothing.

If a booking is cancelled by the client or the expert, any payment is settled between them. In case of abuse, the client or expert can be reported and their account banned.

Wheel World issues no refunds: not for consultations, subscriptions or commissions paid.

Creating an expert account is free. An optional expert subscription features the expert; it is paid for the period chosen (1 month: 2,000 DA, 3 months: 5,000 DA) and starts as soon as the payment is accepted. It is not renewed by automatic charge: a reminder is sent before it ends.
